Pricing and Quotes
- Customers see your never your vendors’ prices
- Use your own create a card or mark up vendor prices by a percentage or dollar amount based on lowest, average or specific vendor price
- Different pricing models may be applied to individual products and users as required
- Quotes may be initiated by your or your customer
- Price acquisition, communication and award of work to vendors is kept separate and out of view from customers
- Final prices may be entered directly or calculated automatically based on markup preferences
Products
- Product catalogs and the products within them may be customized for you or for your customers
- Items from the PrintGizmo catalog of industry-standard product formats may be used as they are, customized with different quantities, sized, and options, or custom products may be created
Vendors
- You are in full control of your vendors
- Vendors may be pooled for different needs
- Vendor evaluation and qualifications available
- Vendors are never identified to your customers and all communication appears as though it originated from you
Orders
- Choose how orders are assigned to vendors on an item-by-item basis
- Automatically assignment may be made to a specific vendor or to the lowest priced vendor
- Manual order assignment, with the aid of the PrintGizmo instant price calculator, may be made to a printer each time the item is ordered
Payments
- Customer payments to you are separate from payments from you to your vendors
- Your customers pay you directly and you pay vendors directly
- Neither you nor your vendors are restricted to any payment processor or clearinghouse – you may link to your own payment portal
